Why am I not surprised to see so many familiar faces in your comment section, Jen. ๐Ÿ™‚

Thank you for writing this piece and sharing your willow tree. You inspired mini rant in a note. I tagged you. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Yay! If it wasnt so hot and buggy, I'd be there now. Cheers to mini rants on the new moon.

Ahhh ... the new moon. Of course. In Cancer. Of course. It all makes sense now. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Thank you for writing this Jen. I remember watching the movie/tv adaptation of the book called Charly starring Cliff Robertson alone in the basedment as as child. I sat there stunned, crying, knowing I had watched something very different than I had ever before.

And thank you for the introduction to Violette Leduc. May I ask what the focus of your next will be about?

Thank you, Dr Rice!! I am going to write something about memory next. I don't think I've seen the movie, but I will try to find it. I wish it was required reading/watching. The lesson in empathy ia so powerful.

Absolutely :) You ever see Awakenings with DeNiro? Similar feel to me.

No! I'm excited to see it. Thank you.

Be careful itโ€™s like the Flowers book - a heavy hitter! Plenty of tissues!

Fantastic. Every time I write and feel terrified, it is the best writing, even though I always lose a few subscribers, it is worth it! Thank you for keeping it real.

Oh wowโ€ฆ I love that prompt. Definitely going to try it. It actually kind of scares me and makes me uncomfortable. Not because I donโ€™t love transgression and pulling out my metaphorical sword, but because I do love it- yet I definitely hold myself back sometimes. Thanks for challenging us! ๐ŸŒน
