I'm going to come back and learn more about the neuroscience of remembering — and I will remember. Thx Jen!

I absolutely love the idea of this experience and can't wait to try it 😁

Great information and good to know I’m not alone in not remembering everything. I’ve always been a list maker/note taker person because it helps me remember. But I also know due to personality/learning style testing I’m a visual learner VKA(visual, kinesthetic, audio) so my best way to learn/remember is to write it down or make a visual of it. Listening is my weak link.

It's very easy to zone out (aka leave the body). Listening is an art.

I'm at the memory retrieval stage of the game. I love the idea of nurturing memories, whether in service to a writing project or just everyday wishes to remember. 💚

Beautiful - everyday wishes to remember...

I could relate to your post. I've thought about writing a book and then, knowing a thing or two about memory and neuroscience, have decided If I were to write a book it would be autofiction. 🙂
