We need authentic voices more than ever.
Who is we?
We as in all of us.
We need storytellers, poets, artists, and seekers to share their journeys and ask questions. So in a world of artificial everything, my ask of you is to love yourself a little more. Love your quirks.

Exercise: create a mantra that reflects who you are, not who you want to be.
Writing exercise: Write something totally for yourself, and when you’ve completed it, take a breath, reread it, and toss it out. It'll resurface all the stronger if it’s meant to be shared.
I promise.
